Gallery of the "Mc project"

Here the client was having some flooding alon the west side of the back yard. not only that but their soil was rather dull so we removed a basket ball rim a 12x12 floating deck some lillies and re purposed there turf. Once the tilled our team brought in some fresh topsoil mixed with compost to help enrich the soil. before applying we marked our levels and began to grade the entire perimeter. Due to limitations such as height ristrictions and flow direction the client agreed to lift the eintre yard about 2.5 inches North South and West pitching the water flow towards the east creating a natural pitch towards a newley installed french drain with a 75 foot of corigated pipe that helps water flow underneath the surface towards the front yard.

Our crew came across a highly rooted  area as you see on the above right image along with one downspout. Good thing we where prepared with our stump grinder to smoothen out that surface. Once the surface was smooth our mini excavater was ready to take action "imagine having to ride on those roots....not very comfortable". (we also buried the downspout in to a seperate system creating a pop up drain.
